So the sun comes up on our fair yard each morning. Our yard is busting with wildlife and new growing spring things. We love it here.

This plant is loaded with flowers that look like this.....

These trumpet flowers attract hummingbirds.

Nice and sweet nector for the bees.

I don't know the name of this flower, but I sure do like it.

dragonfly and bleeding heart flowers are so springy.

There is some nice and tasty things growing here. This deer came through the trellis looking for water and wondered around a bit then off she went.

I think this is the way I came into the nice peoples yard. YUP this is it.

We are starting to get all kinds of different animals visiting us. Mr. Turkey decided he wanted to warm himself by the fire.

Everything is blooming! The yard is so pretty.

The poor Robin that built this nest must have built 30 nests. Her first 3 that she laid eggs in, were eaten by some animal. Then she built a bunch more and now these finally hatched this week. They aren't to old.

So now we have baby birdies to watch grow.

Friends that came a long way are all here for some Brats and potato salad. It was a bit cold and windy so the shop was welcome warmth.

So the decorating of the newlyweds car is about 7 weeks late, at least it got done and it was done good!

So the girls are now ready for summer with new hats for fishing and gardening and reading and just plain having fun. Thanks JENNY!!

My New Ford Taurus 2007. It drives so nice after having Vista for 15 years it was time for an update. Nice safe car for driving around grandchildren!!? yeah I know white is not my favorite color in cars but it was a good deal not to pass up.

So I got to see my sisters at Mike's wedding. It was a sister moment. Love those girls!

Jennifer and Andy are engaged also. They will be married in Fredonia on Nov. 7th 2009. Wonderful news!

I tried sneaking up on these snow geese but they must have heard the snow crunching.
This picture was taken behind our house just before the sun went down. They took off, then circled around and flew over the top of me so I could get a closer shot.

Say I do anything I need to do in order to get this corn. It's not the most comfortable-but I don't care.

First rafter up at the beginning of the day and the roof and shingled by the end of the second day. Complete on the end of the third day. Fast work and great guys doing wonderful work.

Jeff helping with the rafters. He tore his new jacket on the first rafter. I had to sew it so it is all new again. He was really tired after going up and down the ladder all day but he had fun with the guys.

So here is the finished garage, at least all but the siding and doors and trim. But at least I have a place to put the car.
