This is the view from our new property.Nice and relaxing. We own a pond.

We bought a new house today instead of building in our old home spot. Just to expensive to rebuild. This side overlooks at the pond.

Look at "ELSIE"!!

Her branches are hanging so far down they are touching the ground.
I think she might need to be trimmed again. I hope the apples taste good.

A lot of nice big apples. the other two trees have tons of apples but they
are so small- not worth peeling them. They look really good. Just waiting for the first frost.

I'm thinking, their thinking of the goodies they want to eat..
I wonder what the first thing will to go into their mouths. HUmmmm
I think it will be pork chops on a stick then the malt at the dairy building
But I could be wrong.....no i couldn't . Food food food.

Wonderful day at the Minnesota State fair.Had lots to eat, walked tons. Going to
sleep good tonight....

I think we are going to have a few apples this year. Thanks Mike for the trim off the tops,
the trees look nice.the bees are busy, moving the polen around.

Almost all opened up and smelling so sweet.

DAd's chairs at Deer Lake by the Lagoon. They look nice and inviting.

All shined up and washed and ready for a new season of riping lips. New tires and rims on the boat and
trailer all painted again. New wax job on the old
truck. Lucy is already in the truck ready to get going.

SUCH a pretty lake and a beautiful morning.I love going fishing early in the morning before the lake wakes up.

Deer Lake

A nice day for fishing. 62 degrees headed for 76 today. NO WIND!! That never happens. I little fog was just burning off.

So we diecided to burn most of the old deck
funiture. It was over 20 years old and Dad wanted to
make new chairs and tables. So off it was carted to the fire pit, in the new lawn wagon.

Here is my 4 year old Amarylus plant. It blooms
every year. It's suppose to bloom at Christmas
time but I missed it by 4 months. It's pretty now
though.

Can't wait to see what's inside.

Thinking about opening up and see the world.

We have a bumper crop of pine cones
this year.

Foot prints- the snow was coming down so hard it
just about covered them up in minutes

I can't help myself. I have to take a picture of
Bej everytime I'm out taking pics. And he wants me
take lots of them.

These ice sickles hang down about 3 feet.

We have some nice ice sickles having from the
back of the house.

The birds have been busy eating winter
treats.

Sunset 3-3-2007

MOOn

Eclipse of the Moon on March 3,2007. Mike made
me go out and down the road to take a picture
of the Moon durning the eclipse of the moon in the cold.
It is 16 degrees ouside and I went out with just
a sweater on.Me and BJ ran down the road and
took a quick 7 pictures.

I think I was a bit shaky. I didn't use a flash. the ones with flash turn
out black.

Looking East towards town

Well here are the snow pictures from our
latest storm. We got about 18 inches total
for this storm from Wednesday afternoon
till this morning (Friday). We only got plowed
once yesterday and once today.
Can't wait to have to get out to go to
work tomorrow morning at 6:30. Wonder
if he'll be out plowing by then. Not.....

The snow storm

has started and the snow
is really coming down.Can hardly see
the barn.

I'm kind of thinking I want to come in that
house of yours. Just thinking though.

She did find one in the last storm hiding.

The first plowing for the day. We finally
got about 18inches of snow. It's really hard
to tell because of the blowing and drifting.
Dad did make it to work on Friday.
But I never did, because my car is so low
it was dragging the bottom and pushing to
much snow. Walmart was understanding!
we didn't get plowed until 2 in the
afternoon.

And the snow keeps coming down. But he is
enjoying himself. He plowed twice in one day.

The first wave of snow has just gone through, now we're waiting for the bigger one.I wonder
if I will get to work in the morning??

I don't think the birds will find their food
here.They better start shoveling.

I sure like my picture taken. I'm such a good
boy.

Well I've shoveled and dug this group
out from the storm, so can we play, and I
want a cookie to.....

I think my batteries were a bit low-
the reason for the blue thinge. Still is
a beautiful site.

Neither snow nor rain nor sleet can stop

No that's the mail. I couldn't get satellite and
Direct TV reception.I threw several dog toys
and balls up there and finally was able to losen
enough snow to get internet and TV. The only thing the balls are still up there on the roof of the bay window . As the snow melts I'm sure we will see balls falls down.
